It’s holiday!!

As many of you noticed, I took a large pause from the last post. Well, it’s because the holidays and also the high temperatures in Spain… hard to focus and have find willingness to take photos. But I’m still here and I hope you’ll enjoy my today’s photos 🙂

Como muchos notaron, he tomado una gran pausa desde el último post. Bueno, son los días de vacaciones y también las altas temperaturas en España… me resulta difícil concentrarme y estar dispuesta a sacar fotos. Pero todavía estoy aquí y espero que disfrutarais de las fotos de hoy 🙂

Zaragoza

Zaragoza is a developed large city in Aragón region (north of Spain) which we visited in November last year (for my birthday). Today I present the main square (in the old town) named after the basilica “Nuestra Señora del Pilar”. The old church is impressive by its size and architecture, but I was delighted by the rectangular square itself and the modern fountains of each of its long sides. Especially the one called Fuente de la Hispanidad. Seen by the air, the fountain and the pool in front of it are carved to match the contour of South America and Latin America. It’s the most interesting fountain I’ve seen yet. Enjoy the photos and go visit Zaragoza!

Zaragoza es una gran ciudad desarrollada en la región de Aragón (norte de España), que visitamos en noviembre del año pasado (para mi cumpleaños). Hoy les presento la plaza principal (en el casco antiguo) cuyo nombre viene del nombre de la Basílica “Nuestra Señora del Pilar”. La antigua iglesia es impresionante por su tamaño y la arquitectura, pero yo estaba encantada por la propia plaza rectangular y las modernas fuentes existentes en cada uno de sus lados largos. Especialmente la llamada Fuente de la Hispanidad. Vista por el aire, la fuente y la piscina en frente de ella, en conjunto, están talladas para adaptarse al contorno de América del Sur y América Latina. Es la fuente más interesante que he visto hasta ahora. ¡Disfruta de las fotos y vete a visitar Zaragoza!
